The most beautiful beaches in the surroundings

Mallorca offers everything you could wish for a beautiful holiday with sun and beach. Finca Es Torrent is only about 6 km away from Playa de Es Trenc. This long beach with the finest sand and crystal clear water is one of the most beautiful of the island. The Playa de Es Trenc is framed by the beaches Ses Covetes and Sa Rápita and invites you to long walks by the sea. Here you’ll find the peace and tranquillity you are longing for. The Playa de Es Trenc is also home to the salines where the famous “Flor de Sal”, Mallorca’s salt, is extracted.

If you love small coves hidden between cliffs, we recommend a trip to Cala Llombards or Cala Pi. You should also not miss Colonia de Sant Jordi which is nearby. There you will find the beaches Es Carbó and Es Dols from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Cabrera Archipelago.

Weekly markets

In the mornings, the famous weekly markets take place in the heart of many Mallorcan villages. At many colourful stands, handicrafts, clothing, flowers, food and more are sold. Among the most beautiful is the market in Sineu which takes place every Wednesday. Today, it is the only market in Mallorca where live animals are still sold.

On Saturdays, you should visit the market of Santanyí and on Sundays Felanitx attracts visitors with its colourful hustle and bustle. In Colonia de Sant Jordi, the market also takes place on Wednesdays but - quite untypically - in the afternoon.

Unique excursions

Our finca hotel, with its perfect location, offers you the best possibilities for a variety of excursions and experiences that you will remember fondly for a long time. Among our favourites is a boat trip to the island Isla de Cabrera where you sail to one of the last virgin spots of the Mediterranean.

Also a trip on a Llaüt, the typical Mallorcan wooden boat, along the south coast of Mallorca is a wonderful holiday experience. Or take a ride in a hot air balloon and discover Mallorca from above.

Places of interest

The list of places worth seeing in the surroundings of Finca Es Torrent is almost endless. By car you have a lot of flexibility and can reach countless beautiful sights after a short drive: the Mondragó Nature Park, the fishing port of Cala Figuera or Es Pontás, an impressive natural stone arch close to Cala de Santanyí, are only a few examples.

Tennis fans must visit Rafa Nadal’s tennis academy in Manacor to admire his trophies in the museum or to swing the racket on one of the tennis courts. Other destinations not to be missed are the island’s capital Palma de Mallorca, the towns of Valldemossa, Deià and Fornalutx, the port of Puerto de Sóller and Cabo de Formentor.

Finca Es Torrent is located in a quiet, rural setting about 30 minutes drive from Palma de Mallorca close to the beaches of Es Trenc and Ses Covetes. Enjoy the beautiful Mallorcan landscapes while exploring the island’s flatter regions and mountains on two wheels. Discover the mountains of Serra de Tramuntana, visit the small, charming villages that are so characteristic for Mallorca on your ride and enjoy the incomparably beautiful sea views that so often appear on the horizon.

You can park your motorbike safely in our private garage on the finca. We will be happy to organise a rental motorbike from BMW or Ducati including all the necessary equipment. Just get in touch with us!
